PrintUp Terms of Service

Welcome to PrintUp! By visiting or purchasing from www.printup.to, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Print-on-Demand & Product Availability

Made to Order: All products sold on PrintUp are custom-printed upon order placement.
Color & Design Variations: We strive to display product colors and design scales accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to device monitor settings and the nature of direct-to-film (DTF) or custom printing processes.
Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing our published size guides prior to ordering.

2. Intellectual Property & Custom Uploads

Ownership: All content on this Site—including graphics, logos, product designs, and text—is the property of PrintUp and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content: If you upload or submit a custom design to PrintUp:
- You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have full permission from the copyright/trademark holder to use and reproduce it.
- You agree not to submit content that is illegal, libelous, infringing on third-party trademarks/copyrights, or hate speech.
- PrintUp reserves the right to cancel any order containing submitted content that violates these terms without liability.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing

Pricing Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Addresses

Production Time: Because items are custom-made, orders require production processing time before shipping (typically 5–7 business days).
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. PrintUp is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Shipping Carriers: Delivery dates are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by PrintUp.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Because items are custom-printed on demand, all sales are final except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or order processing errors on our part.
Cancellations or changes to an order can only be requested within 2 hours of order placement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrintUp and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website.
